How it's made
Cut and salted by hand, rubbed with stone-ground masala, and rested in open sun until the oil turns deep and glossy. No vinegar shortcuts, no preservatives — just salt, oil, sun and time.
From her hands — made in the collective's achaar batch, start to finish by one pair of hands.
Ingredients
Seasonal produce, cold-pressed mustard oil, stone-ground whole spices, rock salt. No vinegar, no preservatives, no colour.
Shipping & care
Ships in 2–4 days, packed in cloth-padded parcels. Keep achaar jars out of direct light once opened, and always use a dry spoon — the sun did the preserving, let it last.
