Shipping & returns

Dispatch. Every order ships in 2–4 days. Small batches are packed by the woman who made them, and pickle jars travel in cloth-padded parcels — a little slower, a lot safer.

Delivery. We ship across India through trackable courier partners. You will receive the tracking link by email once the parcel leaves the collective.

Returns. Food made by hand cannot be restocked, so we do not accept returns of opened products. If a parcel arrives damaged or wrong, tell us within 48 hours with a photograph and we will replace it or refund it — whichever you prefer.
