Terms of service

Who we are. Silbatta is a self-help group of women making small-batch traditional foods by hand. When you order here, you buy directly from the collective.

Orders & stock. Batches are genuinely small — stock shown on a product page is real and checked again on the server before payment opens. Prices include all applicable taxes.

Payments. Payments are processed by Razorpay. An order is confirmed only after the payment provider's signed confirmation reaches our server.

Natural variation. Hand-made food varies a little from batch to batch — in colour, texture and cut. That is the point, not a defect.
