How it's made
Wheat dough rolled and pulled into fine strands entirely by hand, then air-dried. Made for kheer, upma, or a quick festival breakfast.

Whole-wheat atta, water. Nothing else.

Ships in 2–4 days, packed in cloth-padded parcels. Keep achaar jars out of direct light once opened, and always use a dry spoon — the sun did the preserving, let it last.
