How it's made
A thick moongdal batter, whipped by hand and dropped nugget by nugget onto cloth, then sun-dried for days until each wadi is light and hollow-crisp.
From her hands — made in the collective's wadi & sevai batch, start to finish by one pair of hands.

Moong dal, salt. Nothing else.

Ships in 2–4 days, packed in cloth-padded parcels. Keep achaar jars out of direct light once opened, and always use a dry spoon — the sun did the preserving, let it last.
