How it's made
Ripe mango pulp, cooked down slowly, spread thin by hand and left to set in open sun — cut into soft, chewy squares. No colour, no essence, only mango.
From her hands — made in the collective's papad batch, start to finish by one pair of hands.
Ingredients
Ripe mango pulp, a little sugar, sun. Nothing else.

Ships in 2–4 days, packed in cloth-padded parcels. Keep achaar jars out of direct light once opened, and always use a dry spoon — the sun did the preserving, let it last.
