How it's made
Rice papad is an authentic, crispy, delicious papad — no Maharashtrian festival is complete without this accompaniment. Rolled thin, pressed with cumin, and dried in full sun on the terrace.
From her hands — made in the collective's papad batch, start to finish by one pair of hands.
Ingredients
Rice flour, cumin, salt, water. Nothing else.

Ships in 2–4 days, packed in cloth-padded parcels. Keep achaar jars out of direct light once opened, and always use a dry spoon — the sun did the preserving, let it last.
